- College-bound juniors may choose to take the PSAT/NMSQT on October 17th; the test is offered ONE DAY only and you must pre-register in the guidance office. The PSAT is very similar to the SAT, a college admissions test. Taking this test will determine if the student qualifies for the National Merit Scholarship Program.
- If interested in a ROTC scholarship or a service academy nomination, the process should begin NOW.
- Juniors register for their senior year classes in February and March.
- Juniors are required to participate in the state mandated Stanford Achievement Test in April. This is not a college entrance exam.
- Juniors should register for the college entrance exam in April or June. You can register online at www.ACT.org
- Utilize Parent Portal. In the fall, you can contact Bev Draine at 717-1208.
